Bible Society - Sunraysia Branch

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Bible Society Sunraysia Branch is hosting "Carols In The Park" again this year.
This is the ONLY public Christmas Carols event in Sunraysia to feature 100% entirely Christian content!

Sunday evening, 1st of December, 2024 

6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
At beautiful Henderson Park, cnr Thirteenth Street and Deakin Avenue.

Everyone is invited to join us and attend for a lovely evening of singing along with local performers to favourite Christmas Carols.
This year our Christmas Message will be taken by [CRC Diggerland] Roland Tankard, and our Childrens Story will be read by [SDA Mildura] Prue Piez.

Kids will each receive a free Christmas Story booklet ("The Big Rescue Christmas"), and a zooper dooper iceblock.

This is a free and family friendly event that is open to everyone, and a great Christian witness to the entire Sunraysia community.

BYO - water, drinks, snacks, food.
BYO - chairs, picnic rugs, blankets, hats, sunscreen.
Strictly *NO* alcohol.

A free-will offering for the Bible Society will be collected. 

This year 100% of all funds collected will go to the Nungalinya Theological College in Darwin NT, to train local indigenous people to translate the Bible into their own local traditional dialects.
